As Founder of Robbins Development Partners, Jeff has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate and is a high energy, focused and passionate real estate developer. Jeff has developed over 1,750 luxury apartment and condominium units, 900,000+ square feet of institutional industrial, Class A office and educational facilities, and hundreds of acres of mixed use infrastructure. Jeff has implemented the execution of as many as a dozen projects concurrently throughout the Southeastern United States. Jeff’s real estate development career includes a myriad of development property types, including a variety of multifamily for rent and for sale products, office and industrial, special use and retail. Mr. Robbins is also certified as an expert witness for testimony in a number of federal and state courts as an MAI appraiser. Mr. Robbins also provides pre-acquisition and disposition due diligence, analysis, planning and implementation of business plans for lenders and borrowers of problematic asset restructuring, foreclosure and other resolution processes. In addition, Mr. Robbins creates and implements project rehabilitation, renovation, repositioning, stabilization and disposition strategies. Clients include lenders, Investment Trusts, pension funds, equity funds and private investors. Mr. Robbins has been retained by national and international real estate development companies as an in-house consultant for development and investment portfolio consultation.

Before establishing RDP, Inc., Mr. Robbins served as Development Partner for Broad Street Partners, where he oversaw the development of the entire multifamily and mixed use real estate portfolio for the Southeastern United States. He has also served as Vice President of Development for ORIX Real Estate Equities, a U.S. “Top 50” commercial development company, Trammell Crow Company and Jones Lang LaSalle. Prior to beginning his career in the development industry, Mr. Robbins earned his MAI designation and holds a BSBA degree in finance from the University of Florida.

regional multi-family and mixed-use developer, Rhonda brings more than eighteen years of experience and expertise managing the development process to Robbins Development Partners. Rhonda is responsible for site and project acquisition due diligence, master planning and project entitlements. She is also heavily involved in design, management and marketing during project creation, development and disposition phases.

Development projects Rhonda has managed include for rent and for sale multifamily residential, Class A office, industrial and educational facilities not to mention numerous mixed use projects throughout Florida. Rhonda also has a strong background in commercial property leasing and management, advertising and marketing.

Her efforts were instrumental in the successful completion of over 1,700 luxury, multifamily units as well as assisting in the entitlement, permitting and design of 3,700 additional multifamily units. Most recently, Rhonda assisted in the completion of the infrastructure and a 15,000 square foot retail building for the 120+ acre mixed-use Orlando Gateway project.
Rhonda has worked for some of the most diverse real estate development companies in the world including Broad Street Partners, ORIX Real Estate Equities, a U.S. "Top 50" commercial development company, Jones Lang LaSalle and Paragon Group, Inc. She entered the real estate development business after graduating from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in business.
